Introduction

In line with its commitment to enhancing transparency and good governance, and in alignment with the objectives of Qatar National Vision 2030, the General Tax Authority provides access to “open data” through its official website. This enables individuals and entities to access and benefit from it for research, commercial, and other purposes, while fully adhering to privacy protection and data confidentiality in accordance with the applicable laws and regulatory frameworks in the State.
The availability of data supports innovation and the development of solutions and services, and enables the integration of various data sources to generate more valuable insights. This, in turn, enhances active participation in the country’s economic and social development.
In support of this direction, the General Tax Authority offers an advanced open data ecosystem and continues to develop it to improve accessibility and efficient usage, support data exchange with relevant entities, and strengthen transparency while enabling informed decision-making that contributes to economic and social development.
